Essential requirements:
* Qualified teacher status with a specialisation in English
* Proven leadership experience in an educational setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to high standards

Desirable qualities:
* Experience in curriculum development and assessment
* Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
* A track record of successful examination results
