Responsibilities:
Welcome and direct visitors, parents, and students courteously.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
Schedule appointments and maintain a log of visitor records.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and file organization.
Support teachers and school staff with requests as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Basic computer proficiency in MS Office.
A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
